Der Luxembourg Microfinance and Development Fund (LMDF), ein neuer Mikrofinanzfonds, ist von einem breiten Bündnis zwischen öffentlicher Hand und Privatwirtschaft gestartet worden. Der Fonds wird von zahlreichen Banken in Luxemburg vertrieben. Die doppelte Zielsetzung lautet, soziale und finanzielle Rendite zu unterstützen.
